After 6 years of living in my 1 bedroom condo quite comfortably, I had neighbors from hell buy the place upstairs. I love peace and quiet, and these people were really loud. About 2 months after they moved in I decided to sell my place and look for something bigger and quieter. I contacted Keystone Financial and spoke with Richard Wolff (he had taken me through the process before and I trusted him.) So I asked Richard to find me an agent.
